Return Policy-We like happy customers and have a generous return policy that reflects just that.

• Changed Your Mind or Ordered the Wrong Product
  • We accept returns of *new and unused products for up to 30 days after the sale. *Electronic parts such as UV Bulbs, motors, etc have a security seal affixed to them and cannot be returned for any reason if the seal has been opened or damaged. Simply fill out the Return Request in the "My account" section of our website where you'll also receive further information on shipping the product back to us. We will issue you a full credit (less the shipping fees we incurred) promptly upon receipt of undamaged product. 
• Received A Product That You Did Not Order
  • We strive to be perfect, but we occasionally make an error. Please contact via email on our "contact us" page if we failed to fill your order properly. We'll send out a return postage label and get a replacement out right away.
• Product Arrived With Shipping Damage
  • We use only insured carriers to ship your orders. Please use our "contact us" page to report damage within 3-days of receipt. We'll get the shipping company to inspect and pickup the damaged product and we'll get a replacement out ASAP.
